Who’s behind the bar ?
Hi! I’m Amina or Mina, for short and I’m the founder of Mina Mina. After 8 wonderful years in photography and a degree in film, I followed my heart to a new passion: specialty coffee. I started out as a barista, then launched a mobile espresso bar to bring more warmth and meaning to coffee breaks in Québec. Today, we’ve also opened our very first café, and my team and I can’t wait to welcome you whether it’s at our shop or at your next event!
